Britam Insurance Tanzania Limited is recruiting a Driver to join its Dar es Salaam office. The role goes beyond transport duties, combining logistics, messenger services, vehicle maintenance, and support in occupational health and safety across branch offices.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive company officials and facilitate airport pick-ups.
• Deliver payments, insurance documents, correspondence, and bank transfers.
• Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, repaired, and serviced on time.
• Keep accurate vehicle logbooks and maintenance reports.
• Support health and safety inspections, audits, and reporting.
• Provide logistics support to different departments.

Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2 years’ driving experience with a reputable organization.
• Valid Class C3 driving licence with a clean record.
• Minimum education: Form Four with passes in English and Kiswahili.
• Strong communication skills in both languages.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Internet).
• Knowledge of Britam products and occupational health & safety is an added advantage.
