All Saints MAT, a growing education trust, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to help drive its vision of becoming a truly people-first organisation. The role will be primarily based in the Trust’s Primary Academies, with regular travel to the Head Office in Liverpool (L6).

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the Trust’s goals.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, and staff development.
• Champion a positive, people-focused workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Influence and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and organisational performance.

Qualifications & Skills
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification (or relevant experience).
• Proven HR Business Partner experience, ideally in education.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the Liverpool head office.
