Position Overview:
Educate! seeks a Human Resource Officer based in Kampala to support HR operations, including:
• Benefits Administration & Compliance – Managing medical insurance, GPA, claims, and policy awareness.
• Talent Acquisition – Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and field hiring processes.
• Contracts & Documentation – Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and leave tracking.
• HR Logistics & Events – Overseeing work permits, team-building activities, and morale-boosting initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in HR, administration, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills, HR systems experience (BambooHR preferred), and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
