Job Opportunity: Attendance & Leave Officer
An organization is seeking an Human Resource Attendance & Leave Officer to ensure accurate and efficient management of employee attendance, leave, and working hours.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update daily attendance records, leave applications, overtime, and shift schedules.
• Monitor and reconcile clock-in/clock-out data, resolving discrepancies with managers.
• Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.
• Support the attendance management system and train staff on its use.
• Keep accurate records for audits and compliance.

Profile & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR operations or attendance management.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws on working hours and leave.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS/attendance systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination skills, and high integrity.
