We are seeking a visionary and sophisticated Restaurant Manager who embodies hospitality excellence, operational precision, and leadership elegance. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with curating unforgettable guest journeys, elevating service standards, and orchestrating seamless day-to-day operations in alignment with our brand ethos.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience Leadership
• Serve as the ambassador of the brand, ensuring a world-class dining experience at every guest touchpoint.
• Personally welcome guests, manage special requests, and oversee guest relations with diplomacy and discretion.
• Continuously audit service flows, ambiance, and aesthetic presentation, ensuring flawless delivery every shift.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns with poise, urgency, and a white-glove service approach.
Operational Excellence
• Direct and coordinate front-of-house operations with executive presence and surgical precision.
• Manage reservations and floor plans with strategic timing and table turns to maximise capacity while maintaining luxury.
• Oversee readiness of service spaces—ensuring every detail, from table linens to lighting, meets luxury standards.
• Lead daily briefings to align the team on guest profiles, wine pairings, chef’s specials, and service expectations.
Team Leadership & Talent Elevation
• Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-calibre service team that reflects a premier dining experience.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, discretion, and continuous learning.
• Provide real-time coaching, conduct performance reviews, and recognize exceptional contributions.
• Uphold strict grooming and etiquette protocols consistent with global luxury hospitality norms.
Financial Stewardship
• Partner with finance and executive leadership to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Monitor daily P&L, labor efficiency, average check metrics, and revenue-per-seat optimization.
• Authorize comps, voids, and adjustments in accordance with audit-compliant standards.
• Ensure smooth coordination with procurement and bar/culinary teams on inventory, par levels, and spoilage.
Compliance & Brand Integrity
• Enforce rigorous hygiene, safety, and licensing protocols in line with 5-star global benchmarks.
• Lead internal audits, mystery diner programs, and quality control checks.
• Represent the brand with grace during media visits, influencer collaborations, and special events.
• Ensure brand consistency in communication, presentation, and service.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in luxury fine dining, boutique hotels, or Michelin-recognized establishments.
• Proven success in managing premium guest experiences and large hospitality teams.
• Exposure to international standards in wine service, etiquette, and premium clientele management.
Technical Proficiency
• Proficient in POS systems, reservation platforms, and inventory software.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of restaurant metrics, forecasting, and reporting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
