We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a high-capacity warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory control, ensuring safety standards, and managing an efficient and well-organized storage system.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain 6S warehouse organization standards.
• Conduct and manage employee onboarding and training programs.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of warehouse facilities.
• Coordinate on-site resources efficiently to meet operational demands.
• Ensure First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management practices are followed.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Proven experience managing a warehouse of over 10,000 square meters.
• Solid understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics operations.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
