This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Dar es-Salaam. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing tax returns, conducting financial analysis, budgeting, and generating financial reports. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications
• Experience in maintaining financial records and preparing financial statements
• Skills in account reconciliation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Knowledge of preparing tax returns and conducting financial analysis
• Competency in budgeting and generating financial reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or relevant certification is a plus
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
