a reputable microfinance institution with a strong presence in group lending products, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to join their team. This role is vital to ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a performance-driven and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage performance appraisal systems and staff development plans
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
• Support leadership with organizational development and workforce planning
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial or microfinance sector
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience working with field-based teams or branch operations is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Salary Offered: TZS 2,000,000/- Gross
