Zuri Zanzibar Resort Seeks Food and Beverage Manager for Luxury Beachfront Property
Zanzibar City, Tanzania – Zuri Zanzibar Resort, an award-winning eco-conscious luxury resort located on the pristine Kendwa Beach, is hiring a Food and Beverage Manager to lead its dynamic culinary operations.

Designed by renowned architects JESTICO+WHILES, the resort blends modern design with a vibrant African village atmosphere, offering top-tier amenities and recognized sustainability efforts, including EarthCheck’s Sustainable Design Gold Certification.

Position: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Zuri Zanzibar Resort, Kendwa Beach
Contract: 2 years (1+1), with a 3-month probation period
Start: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, and room service
• Innovate and update menus in line with global trends
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
• Train and develop a diverse F&B team
• Analyze guest feedback to enhance the dining experience

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury F&B management
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
• Deep knowledge of international cuisine and hospitality trends
• Proficiency in POS and inventory systems
