Role Description
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office management and support services.
• Act as a liaison and translator between management and Chinese-speaking partners, vendors, or clients.
• Manage office supplies, contracts, assets, and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events including preparation of related documents in English and Chinese.
• Supervise and support the admin team in clerical duties, data entry, filing systems, and office coordination.
• Prepare reports, memos, and presentations, translating documents between English and Chinese as needed.
• Work closely with finance and HR to support administrative aspects such as budgeting, staff onboarding, or payroll coordination.
• Ensure company records and legal documents are well maintained and updated.
• Maintain good relationships with service providers, government institutions, and suppliers – especially Chinese counterparts.
• Support cross-border communication and documentation for any China-related business transactions or operations.

Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in an administrative or office management role.
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of local labor, office, and compliance regulations is a plus.
• Experience working in a multicultural or multinational company is an advantage.
