About This Opportunity

We are now looking for a IT Subject Matter Expert that will provide technical service and support to our customers.

In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. Support, configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.

The IT Subject Matter Expert typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You will also interact with solution, sales, 3rd parties teams.

This role will require a broad knowledge within telecom/Charging covering both hardware, software and network knowledge.

The role more than often requires you to take on big responsibility and it is important that you can work independently.

What You Will Do

Provide technical service and support to our customers
You will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
Interact with customers

You will bring

Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
3 - 5 years’ experience with Charging Systems, Business Configuration & Mediation - IN Ericsson Charging System
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
Solid understanding in technical areas like GSM / IN call flow, CAMEL, LINUX, DIAMETER, SMPP, SOAP, HTTP, Veritas Volume Manager – basic understanding is a plus, Clustering, etc.
Domain experience: Ericsson Charging System, AIR, SDP, CCN, OCC, Experience on Virtualized Environment is a plus – VM Ware/KVM either of the two or both is a plus
Able to make a Feature test plan and analyse results.
Proficient on analysis of Drive Test information and troubleshooting.
Require E2E troubleshooting skills with different integration points.
Excellent Team Spirit, co-operative with mentoring capabilities.
Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management to enhance the customer experience.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
