What You Will Do

Ensure Full Execution of Performance & Talent Development Frameworks
• Drive the adoption and effective execution of our existing performance management framework across the Bank.
• Support stakeholders in embedding a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Lead talent identification and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline within the bank.
• Strengthen performance feedback processes to ensure a results-driven and customer-centric workforce.
Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition for Banking Excellence
• Collaborate with leaders to forecast workforce needs
• Enhance recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring the right people in the right roles.
• Optimize talent onboarding to drive faster productivity and integration into the Bank culture.

Strengthen Employee Relations & Compliance in a Highly Regulated Industry
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance with Rwandan labor laws and Bank regulations.
• Guide managers on employee engagement and retention strategies to maintain a highly motivated banking workforce.
• Proactively address employee concerns, fostering a strong culture of integrity, teamwork, and customer focus.

What We Are Looking For:
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Proven success in driving performance culture and talent development in banking.
• Ability to partner with leaders to align HR strategies with banking growth objectives.
• Strong knowledge of Rwandan labor laws and HR best practices.
• A degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
