Assisting in preparation of orientation programs for new employees by making sure that presenters have their PowerPoint slides updated, by making sure the room is booked, by sending invitation to participants, by coordinating with the head of department to make sure if there is any update on their programs), Working with finance team (Voucher examiners) in efiling through ILMS (Integrated logistics management) system by making sure that all invoices are uploaded and fully paid.
