Job Description:

Key Outputs/Responsibilities

Ensure Fleet and Administration Services are managed in compliance with WVI Partnership Policies, procedures and guidelines. Effective and efficient services to WVI staff and partners.
Sound administrative system for inventory, Warehouse Mgt in place at HO and Cluster Level.
Well trained Fleet and Administrative staff in WV procedures, policies, guidelines and industry best practices.
Perform other administrative duties in a manner that supports the Country Office Team and improves WVI Burundi efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure WVI Burundi Fleet is managed in line with WVI Partnership and Burundi policies, guidelines and local government laws.
Capacity Building and Technical Training of staff under your supervision
Ensure that WVI Burundi reception is well managed in a manner that enhances the image and values of the Organization.
Carry out performance evaluation for staff under his/her supervision
Perform any other task assigned by his/her supervisors

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job-training:

Minimum Qualification required: Degree in Business administration, Supply Chain/ Logistics Management, Project Management or Finance and/ or any professional / postgraduate qualification in the relevant field
Experience: At least 5 years’ relevant experience in middle or senior management preferably in Administration and or Fleet Management.
Technical skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated ability in leadership and team building Supervisory skills
Must be assertive
Very good understanding of office management processes
Experience with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills Great facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills
Must be flexible as may be called upon at odd hours.
Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
Attend and participate/lead in daily devotions and weekly Chapel services. Perform other duties as required.

Preferred Skills knowledge and experience

Knowledge of fleet management Radio and/or Satellite phone communications experience, operations and management
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training
Demonstrated project management stills and the ability to work effectively under pressure (particularly in a crisis situation)
Ability to communicate well in English particularly in a crisis situation
First Aid qualified
Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional - behave in professional manner at all times and demonstrate ability to represent the organization well at interagency meetings
Demonstrate personal values, attitudes and behaviors that are consistent with World Vision Core Values Driving license is an added value
